12 years and 9 months work at the RCOG and I'm taking over care of the Baby Babers from Chris, as she returns to work. I had a small celebration a couple of weeks after I left and, of course, brought the bubbas with me.

Nina brought her son, Nicholas, with her. Little did we know but Sophie was at an early, infectious stage of hand, foot and mouth disease, which Nicholas and Nina (and Matthew and me) caught. Sorry all!

She's so refined, is Sophie.

So here we are on day 2 pulling up right outside a pub. Holiday going exceptionally well so far!

Nico seems quite happy about it too.

On the canal - day 1

Nico, Gyorgyi, Sophie and Leni joined us for a narrowboat holiday on the Grand Union Canal. Last minute holiday, with no plan other than to moor up by pubs and have a laugh. So let's open with Matthew having a laugh at a pub:
