Back home, relaxing

All that partying is exhausting. I've barely got the strength to whop this balloon.

Birthday party (take two)

We'd planned to picnic in Ashdown Forest, but after a dodgy weather forecast we decided to meet at Grandma and Grandad's house for the twins' second birthday celebration.

Hard to believe, but the Bubbas have reached their first birthday. What a year it's been!

We had lunch with the Grandparents at a pub.

Then back home to open their cards and undo their presents.

This particular present, bought by Daddy, reduced Matthew to a screaming wreck in less than a second! I hope he'll grow to like it.
